Refund Policy

 

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. All claims to be made within 24 hours from receiving delivered goods. Refunds only apply to goods returned in original condition as they were delivered. Goods removed from their original container, planted, pruned or tampered with in any form will not be accepted for refund or return. After 24 hours of receiving goods, customers may receive a refund from all goods in delivered condition as stated above but will incur a transport charge.
