Q. Can i Choose my plants for my plant pack?

A:  Unfortunately no, but you can request plants that you would like in your pack and we will see what we can do.  There's no guarantee as it depends solely on availability and seasonal issues.

 

Q. Do you deliver on weekends?

 

A: There are strictly no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

 

Q. What time will my plant pack be delivered?

A: Most deliveries will be made in the morning, but due to traffic /environmental conditions and other delivery commitments, no accurate delivery time can be given.

 

Q. Can i give delivery instructions?

A: Yes you can. Although some delivery requests may not be possible to complete by the delivery driver. E.g. Property access.

 

Q. Will my plant pack and turf order be on the same delivery?

A: No, however they should both be delivered in the morning.  Due to traffic /environmental conditions and other delivery commitments, no accurate delivery time can be given.

 

Q. What do i do when i first receive my plant pack?

A: When you first receive your plant pack, give your plants a good watering. Some of the plants may be thirsty from their trip.

 

 

Q. Some of the plants that got delivered are damaged. What do i do?

A: Contact Plant A Garden immediately giving all relevant information. All claims are to be made within 24 hours once plants have been delivered.

 

 

Q: Some or all of the plants are not what I ordered. What do I do?

A: Contact Plant A Garden immediately giving all relevant information. All claims are to be made within 24 hours once plants have been delivered.
